Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy Purpose The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and conditions under which deposits are collected and to clarify when and why deposits are non-refundable. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure services, appointments, reservations, or orders with Solent Cosmetic Clinic. The deposit confirms the customer’s commitment and allows us to allocate time, resources, and materials in advance. Amount of Deposit The deposit amount will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the total cost, depending on the service or product. Non-Refundable Nature All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is paid, it will not be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Cancellation by the customer Failure to attend or show up Changes in personal circumstances Delays or inability to proceed for reasons outside the control of Solent Cosmetic Clinic Application of Deposit The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service or product, provided the customer proceeds as agreed. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid according to the agreed payment terms. Rescheduling (Optional Clause) At the discretion of Solent Cosmetic Clinic, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will not be transferred for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations by the Business If Solent Cosmetic Clinic must cancel the service and cannot offer a suitable alternative or reschedule, the deposit will be fully refunded. Acknowledgement By paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Deposit Policy. Policy Updates Solent Cosmetic Clinic reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.
